We are moving to a fixed-price building model where we will price each home when it is far enough along that all items are selected and a “mood book” can be shared. This takes the stress out of the building process because you will know your end price, as well as the overall look and feel of the house.

One of the most unique features of our new construction neighborhood are the miles of trails fit for walking, biking, or jogging. These trails wind through the neighborhood along towering oaks and end at a 5-acre park. Timber Trails Park features a state-of-the-art jungle gym, a Little League baseball diamond, soccer field, pavilion and even bathrooms.
Timber Trails is the perfect location in Chicagoland. It is only 15 miles outside of Chicago and close to many expressways that lead to the city as well as to other suburban hubs. The nearby roads of Ogden Avenue, Route 83, I-294 and I-55 allow for an easy commute to just about anywhere in Chicagoland. The Metra BNSF Train Line is just a couple of miles north of TimberTrails in downtown Western Springs and runs regularly from Aurora to Chicago. The Pace Bus is another great option for city commuters, as it has its own lane on the expressway during rush hour. Lastly, having both Midway and O’Hare Airports close by makes business and personal travel so easy from Timber Trails.
School District 106 – LaGrange Highlands is a combined elementary and junior high campus. LaGrange Highlands School, lies immediately adjacent to the community and is a short walk away down our paths.
School District 204 – Lyons Township High School District has two campuses. South High School is located in the Village and serves the freshman and sophomore classes. North High School serves the juniors and seniors and is located in nearby LaGrange.
St. John of the Cross Roman Catholic Elementary School is the only private school located within the community. It serves students from the Village and surrounding communities.
